Our Services
We are the experts so you don’t have to be. Hiring us gives you the ability to take your time back, work more efficiently, more effectively, and in turn, make more profits.
Sustainable Planning means thinking about your impact on the local and global communities during the event planning process. Event planning and sustainability can go hand-in-hand. We prioritize sustainability in every sense of the word — from thoughtful sourcing and purchases to strategic use of budget and energy, sustainable event planning is something we are passionate about, and put it into practice in each of our projects.
By prioritizing local vendors, supporting the community we produce in while executing high-quality events from start to finish, we get to pave the way for thoughtful, sustainable event planning that actually makes a difference — in our clients lives and those within our communities.
Trade Show Coordination
From a turnkey booth or building it from the group up, we manage the process from start to finish.
We take the planning and day of stress off of your shoulders, so you can get back to selling and connecting with clients.
Comprehensive Event Planning
Event Management
We give you your time back to do what you need to do — whether that is your actual job description, or getting back to your hobbies and things you enjoy.
If you are hosting a client appreciation dinner, bike themed art show, or a week long staff retreat, we want to make sure you enjoy the event. We are the event experts, so you don’t have to be.
Post Event Donations
We understand how much waste comes from events! Frankly, it is cheaper to buy decor items or on-site office equipment than it is to rent them or ship them from your office.
Instead of throwing away the decor or supplies at the end of the event, we source local organizations that will take your post-event items and put them to good use benefitting the communities they are in.

Sustainability Consulting
Sustainability planning starts at the beginning of the event planning life-cycle. We will sit down together to review your event and discuss ways you can implement more sustainable practices into your event. This can be picking a venue that is Leed Certified and is located close to a large airport, making a red-meatless menu, to prioritizing BCorps and local vendors to supply your collateral and event needs.
