Multi-Day Company Retreat

We planned and executed a multi-day company retreat outside of Phoenix, Arizona for over 100 guests, where the theme was camp.

Each night had a different take on camp! The opening night featured fire pits and smores, and some special surprise performers.

The next night was a barbecue with beverages coming out of a canoe, and two open flame grills where the culinary team cooked fresh for everyone. The final night was a mega camp party with dance floor, large glamping tents for moments of reflection, and a mobile photo booth van.

After dinner on night two, we offered guests the experience to see the stars. We hired a local astronomer who set up their telescope and was able to display the images on a monitor for everyone to learn and enjoy.
